On September 21, 2026, Davis Commodities Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the announcement by The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) on September 17, 2026 that it will file a Form 25 Notification of Delisting with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) to complete the delisting of the Company’s Class A ordinary shares. The delisting will become effective ten days after the Form 25 is filed. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 6-K.
