INFORMATION REQUIRED IN REGISTRATION STATEMENT

Description of the shares of beneficial interest, no par value, of the series of Grayscale Funds Trust (the “Trust”) listed below to be registered hereunder are set forth in Post-Effective Amendment No. 107 to the Trust’s Registration Statement under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and Amendment No. 115 to the Trust’s Registration Statement under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, on Form N-1A (Commission File Nos. 333-271770; 811-23876) (the “Registration Statement”), as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 21, 2026, which descriptions are incorporated herein by reference. This amendment is being filed in connection with a change to the name and the ticker symbol of the series of the Trust listed below (the “Fund”). The Registration Statement for the Fund was amended to reflect the change in the Fund’s name and ticker symbol effective September 22, 2026.
