Marketing Services Agreement

On September 16, 2026, Vertical Aerospace Ltd. (the “Company”), through its wholly owned subsidiary, Vertical Aerospace Group Limited, entered into a Marketing Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Outside The Box Capital Inc. (“OTB”), pursuant to which the Company engaged OTB to provide marketing and distribution services to communicate information about the Company, including through social media channels and online media distribution, for an initial period of September 16, 2026 to March 15, 2027, in consideration of a cash fee.
