The Company tests for goodwill impairment at each reporting unit annually on June 30. Refer to Note 8, Impairment Loss, regarding the goodwill impairment recorded during fiscal 2026. The Company sold Brigadier during fiscal 2026 (see Note 7. Sale of Brigadier for additional information on the sale).
