Vogenx, Inc. (the “Company”), was incorporated in the State of Delaware on February 5, 2021. The Company is a clinical-stage life science and drug development company focused on the discovery and development of novel therapeutics for the treatment of serious metabolic and gastrointestinal diseases associated with dysfunctions in human metabolism and high unmet medical needs. The Company’s lead product candidate, mizagliflozin, is an orally administered, minimally absorbed, small molecule drug candidate being developed for the treatment of post-bariatric hypoglycemia (“PBH”), gastroparesis and GIP-induced Cushing’s Syndrome. |
