NATURE OF OPERATIONS	NOTE 1 - NATURE OF OPERATIONS CTT Pharmaceutical Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) is a Delaware C-Corporation formed in 1996. The Company specializes in drug delivery systems technology within the pharmaceutical industry. The Company is focused on fast-dissolving drug delivery systems through the development of advanced oral methods.

The entire disclosure for the nature of an entity's business, major products or services, principal markets including location, and the relative importance of its operations in each business and the basis for the determination, including but not limited to, assets, revenues, or earnings.
