On September 16, 2026, BCB Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 11,000,000 shares of its common stock for total gross proceeds of $85,250,000 before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by the Company. The offering is expected to close on September 18, 2026, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
