| Recent Accounting Guidance | Note 2. Recent Accounting Guidance In November 2024, the FASB issued ASU 2024-03, 'Disaggregation of Income Statement Expenses,' aimed at enhancing the transparency of expense information in financial statements. The ASU seeks to improve the decision usefulness of expense information by requiring public business entities to disaggregate certain expense captions in the notes to financial statements. This includes detailed disclosures of purchases of inventory, employee compensation, depreciation, amortization, and depletion expenses. This ASU is effective for annual reporting periods beginning after December 15, 2026, and interim reporting periods beginning after December 15, 2027. The Company is currently reviewing the impact of adopting the provisions of this new ASU on our consolidated financial statements and related disclosures. |
