On September 14, 2026, Bernerd Da Santos resigned his position as a member of the Board of Directors of IPALCO Enterprises, Inc., a subsidiary of The AES Corporation (“AES”). Mr. Da Santos resigned his position in connection with his departure from AES and acceptance of a position with Fluence Energy, Inc. to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
