During the six months ended July 31, 2026, the Trust recorded approximately $38,000 in Best Western Rewards credits, consisting of approximately $4,000 related to Albuquerque Suite Hospitality LLC and approximately $34,000 related to Tucson Hospitality Properties LLLP. These were non-cash expenses, primarily related to guest free night vouchers.
