| Erroneous Compensation Analysis [Text Block] | In 2023, we adopted the Policy for Recovery of Erroneously Awarded Compensation (the “Recovery Policy”), in accordance with the requirements of the Nasdaq listing standards and the rules of the SEC implementing Section 954 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010. The Recovery Policy requires the Compensation Committee to recoup certain cash and equity incentive compensation paid to or deferred by executive officers in the event the Company is required to prepare an accounting restatement due to material noncompliance with any financial reporting requirement under the federal securities laws. |
