License Fees and Accounts Payable
Bidi is a related party of the Company. The Company and Bidi remain parties to an exclusive U.S. distribution agreement, under which the Company no longer generates product revenue, and to the KBI License Agreement, under which KBI pays Bidi 50% of adjusted earned royalties received under the PMI License Agreement.
During the three and nine months ended July 31, 2026, the Company paid license fees of approximately $0 and $70,000, respectively to Bidi. As of July 31, 2026, the Company had a payable to Bidi of $55,000 related to the PMI License Agreement.
During the three and nine months ended July 31, 2025, the Company paid license fees of approximately $30,000 and $228,215, respectively to Bidi. As of July 31, 2025, the Company had a payable to Bidi of $60,000 related to the PMI License Agreement.
