| SHAREHOLDER EQUITY | NOTE 17 SHAREHOLDER EQUITY
The Company has authorized 490,000,000 common shares, par value $0.001. Each common share entitles the holder to one vote, in person or proxy, on any matter on which action of the stockholders of the corporation is sought. As of May 31, 2026 and 2025, there were 102,270,517 and 102,270,517, respectively, common shares issued and outstanding. There were no shares of preferred stock issued and outstanding as of May 31, 2026 and 2025.
All outstanding Series A Preferred Stock was converted into common shares on October 8, 2019.
