Home sale cost of revenues for each of the three months ended July 31, 2026 and July 31, 2025 consist of the costs for residential homes that were sold. Other cost of revenues for each of the three months ended July 31, 2026 and July 31, 2025 consist of the cost of goods sold for landscaping services. |
