On September 10, 2026, BC Partners Lending Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the shareholders of Alternative Credit Income Fund (“ACIF”) approved the previously announced merger of BCPL Merger Sub, Inc., a subsidiary of the Company, with and into ACIF, with ACIF continuing as the surviving company and as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, at a special meeting of shareholders. The text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
