Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 5, 2026, Bradley T. Wiemann, Executive Vice President – Advisor to the CEO, retired from Daktronics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), pursuant to the terms of the Amended and Restated Termination Agreement and General Release of Claims entered into in connection with Mr. Wiemann's retirement and previously disclosed in the Company’s Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 20, 2026.
Mr. Wiemann served the Company for more than 34 years in various leadership roles, including Interim President and Interim Chief Executive Officer. The Company thanks Mr. Wiemann for his many years of service and significant contributions to the Company and wishes him well in retirement.
