The Company’s employee savings and retirement plan in the U.S. is qualified under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. Employees on the Company’s U.S. payroll are automatically enrolled when they meet eligibility requirements, unless they decline participation. Upon enrollment employees are provided with tax-deferred salary deductions and various investment options. Employees may contribute up to 60% of their eligible salary up to the statutory prescribed annual limit. The Company matches employees’ contributions up to $7,500 per participant per calendar year. A majority of the Company’s foreign employees participate in
post-retirement plans, for which the Company makes contributions. The Company’s contributions to its employee post-retirement plans were $18.2 million, $15.4 million, and $14.1 million for the fiscal years ended July 31, 2026, 2025, and 2024, respectively.
