Note 4.   Intangible Assets

Intangible assets consist of developed technology, customer relationships, customer lists and intellectual property licenses acquired in prior acquisitions and are stated at cost less accumulated amortization. The developed technology, customer relationships and customer lists are being amortized over the estimated useful lives of 3 to 10 years. The Company does not have any intangible assets deemed to have indefinite lives. Amortization expense for the years ended June 30, 2026 and 2025 was $1,201,458 and $1,201,463, respectively. Amortization expense expected to be recognized is approximately $1,173,000 annually in 2027 through 2031 and approximately $2,670,000 thereafter.
