| DUE FROM RELATED PARTY | NOTE 7 – DUE FROM RELATED PARTY
As of July 31, 2026, due from related party consists of $20,916 (October 31, 2025 - $20,285) due from Arras for shared employees’ salaries and office expenses. The Company and Arras have certain common directors and officers. This amount is non-interest bearing and is to be repaid on demand. During the nine months ended July 31, 2026 and 2025, expenses totaling $255,288 and $239,628 were incurred by the Company on behalf of Arras. |
