OFFERING COSTS	NOTE 10 – OFFERING COSTS During the nine months ended July 31, 2026, the Company incurred $20,000 of costs in connection with its registered securities offering and related DTC eligibility activities. Such costs had previously been recorded as deferred offering costs. During the three months ended July 31, 2026, the offering period concluded and the Company charged the $20,000 of qualifying offering costs against additional paid-in capital. Accordingly, no deferred offering costs remained as of July 31, 2026.
