| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events Our management evaluated events or transactions that occurred after August 1, 2026 through September 9, 2026 (the date the consolidated financial statements were issued), and identified the following events: Quarterly Dividend On September 2, 2026, the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend with respect to the fiscal quarter ended August 1, 2026, of $0.15 per share of the Company's common stock, payable on October 14, 2026, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 16, 2026.
