Callable Fixed Rate Notes due August 31, 2046
The pricing supplement dated August 27, 2026, related to the notes referred to above (the “pricing supplement”), is amended as follows:
| (1) | The sentence “On the last calendar day of February and August of each year, beginning on August 31, 2028 and ending on February 28, 2045 (each, a “Redemption Date”), we may redeem your notes, in whole but not in part, at a price equal to the principal amount being redeemed plus any accrued and unpaid interest, subject to the Business Day Convention and the Interest Accrual Convention described below and in the accompanying product supplement.” in the pricing supplement is deleted and replaced by “On the last calendar day of February and August of each year, beginning on August 31, 2028 and ending on February 28, 2046 (each, a “Redemption Date”), we may redeem your notes, in whole but not in part, at a price equal to the principal amount being redeemed plus any accrued and unpaid interest, subject to the Business Day Convention and the Interest Accrual Convention described below and in the accompanying product supplement.” |
