(16) Subsequent Events
We have completed an evaluation of all subsequent events after the balance sheet date of July 31, 2026 through the filing date of this Form 10-Q to ensure that this filing includes appropriate disclosure of events both recognized in Interim Financial Statements, and events which occurred subsequently but were not recognized in the Interim Financial Statements. We have concluded that no subsequent events have occurred that require disclosure, except as are disclosed within the Interim Financial Statements.
