The above options, which were outstanding at August 1, 2026, expire from September 11, 2026 to February 20, 2033.

Excluded from the computation of basic and diluted earnings per share for all periods were 573,000 PSUs. On August 11, 2026, subsequent to the end of the second quarter of fiscal 2026, all 573,000 PSUs expired. In addition, 700,804 shares and 524,309 shares

of deferred stock at August 1, 2026 and August 2, 2025, respectively, were excluded from the computation of basic earnings per share. Shares of deferred stock are not considered issued and outstanding until the vesting date of the deferral period.
