Expenses: Effective July 1, 2026, the expense limit as a percentage of average daily net assets was reduced to 0.95% from 0.98%.

Fees: Effective July 1, 2026, the advisory fee rate as a percentage of average daily net assets will be 0.57% on the first $1.25 billion of assets, and 0.55% thereafter.
