On September 4, 2026, Instinct Bio Technical Company Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing an operational update regarding the Company’s GENRÊVER CLINIC platform in Indonesia and its product development initiatives with Invitrx Therapeutics, Inc. and PT Parva Candela.
