Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

The Board of Directors of The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. (the “Company”) has nominated two new director candidates, Jean-Frédéric Dufour and Matthew E. Rubel, to stand for election as Class III directors at the Company’s next annual meeting of stockholders, which is expected to be held on November 17, 2026. Mr. Dufour is Chief Executive Officer of Rolex SA, a luxury company that designs, manufactures, and sells watches. Mr. Rubel is the non-executive Chairman of the Board of Holley Inc., a company that designs, manufactures, and distributes high-performance automotive aftermarket products.
