Ladies and Gentlemen,

We are writing to you in order to comply with the CNV Rules and the corresponding regulations of ByMA and A3 Mercados.

In this regard, we hereby report that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on September 7, 2026, accepted the resignation of Class D Regular Director, Mr. Maximiliano D’Alessio, for strictly personal reasons.

Furthermore, the Supervisory Committee for Class D shares appointed Mr. Martín de los Ríos Plaza as Regular Director for Class D shares, replacing Mr. D´Alessio, with a term of office until the election of new directors by the Shareholders’ Meeting.
