Subsequent Events	16. Subsequent Events During the second fiscal quarter ended July 31, 2026, the Company's shareholders approved an increase of 2,750,000 ordinary shares available for issuance under the existing Amended and Restated 2021 Equity Incentive Plan. The shares were registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on August 3, 2026 by filing a Registration Statement in Form S-8 under the United States Securities Act of 1933.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
