4. Property and Equipment, Net

Depreciation expense was approximately $1.3 million and $1.2 million for the three months ended July 31, 2026 and 2025, respectively, and was approximately $2.5 million and $2.3 million for the six months ended July 31, 2026 and 2025, respectively.
