| Marketable Securities | Marketable Securities Marketable securities consist of commercial paper, classified as available-for-sale. Our investments in commercial paper are recorded at fair value. All of our marketable securities are less than one year from maturity. The following table summarizes our investments in marketable securities at August 1, 2026 (in thousands). We did not have any marketable securities as of January 31, 2026 and August 2, 2025:
The following table summarizes our gains on investments for commercial paper (in thousands). In determining those gains, we used the actual cost of the securities sold. Upon recognition of the gains, we recognized these amounts out of "Accumulated other comprehensive income" and into “Other income, net” on the Consolidated Statements of Operations.
