On September 3, 2026, Spotify Technology S.A. (the “Company”) announced the resignation of Heidi O’Neill from the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), effective as of September 3, 2026. Ms. O’Neill’s decision to resign from the Board is not due to any disagreement with the Company.

For nearly nine years, she brought a rare instinct for consumers and brands, and her perspective genuinely shaped how we think. We'll miss her, and I know she'll do remarkable things at Lululemon,” said Daniel Ek, Founder and Executive Chairman of the Company.
