| SUBSEQUENT EVENTS | SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Stock Repurchase Program From the end of the third quarter of fiscal 2026 through August 28, 2026, Ciena repurchased 88,896 shares of its common stock for an aggregate purchase price of $36.0 million at an average price of $404.52 per share, inclusive of repurchases pending settlement under its current stock repurchase program. As of August 28, 2026, Ciena has an aggregate of $299.0 million of authorized funds remaining under this repurchase program.
