| Subsequent Event | Subsequent Event On August 24, 2026, the Company’s Board of Directors authorized and declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $1.25 per share on the Company’s common stock and Class B common stock. The dividend is payable on September 25, 2026 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 11, 2026.
