Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 2, 2026, Linkhome Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the formation of Linkhome Technologies Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary, and the commencement of a preliminary evaluation of a potential artificial intelligence computing infrastructure project in Europe. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
