COMMITMENTS	NOTE 8 – COMMITMENTS As of July 31, 2026, the estimated amount of the Company’s unsatisfied bonded performance obligations, covering all of its subsidiaries, was approximately $0.9 billion. As of July 31, 2026, the outstanding amount of bonds covering other risks, including warranty obligations and contract payment retentions related to completed activities, was $104.3 million.

The entire disclosure for significant arrangements with third parties, which includes operating lease arrangements and arrangements in which the entity has agreed to expend funds to procure goods or services, or has agreed to commit resources to supply goods or services, and operating lease arrangements.
