(the “Company”) filed on September 1, 2026 (the “Original Form 8-K”). The Original Form 8-K inadvertently incorrectly stated that Matthew Chretien’s title was “Chief Executive Officer,” when it should have instead stated “Chief Strategy Officer.” This Form 8-K/A amends Item 5.02 of the Original Form 8-K.
