Property and equipment are recorded at cost and depreciated or amortized on a straight-line basis over their estimated useful lives. Property and equipment, net consisted of the following:

As of July 31, 2026 and January 31, 2026, the Company's property and equipment, net attributable to the United States was 93% in both periods. No other individual country represented more than 10% of the total property and equipment, net as of those periods. Depreciation expense was $2.1 million and $4.3 million for the three and six months ended July 31, 2026, respectively and $2.7 million and $5.5 million for the three and six months ended July 31, 2025, respectively.
During the six months ended July 31, 2026, the Company subleased a floor of its corporate headquarters. In connection with this arrangement, the Company recorded a $4.3 million impairment loss, of which $3.3 million was attributable to the right-of-use asset and $1.0 million to the related leasehold improvements. During the six months ended July 31, 2026, the Company also recorded an impairment loss of $0.4 million related to cloud computing capitalized implementation costs, which were reflected in prepaid expenses and other current assets on the Company's condensed consolidated balance sheet.
