The Shares were originally acquired by the Reporting Person pursuant to an Equity Exchange Agreement dated September 9, 2022, between Starfighters Space, Inc. and the Shareholder (the "Agreement"), whereby the Shareholder transferred 100% of his equity interest in Starfighters International, Inc. to Starfighters Space, Inc. in exchange for 15,000,000 shares of Starfighters Space, Inc. Subsequently to the closing of the Equity Exchange Agreement, the Shareholder transferred 830,000 of the 15,000,000 shares to his son, Richard Bruce Svetkoff, prior to the Issuer becoming an SEC reporting company.
