Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
PG&E Corporation will hold a webcast and conference call on Wednesday September 2, 2026, at 8:30 AM Eastern Time, to provide an investor update, including PG&E Corporation’s response to Senate Bill 492. PG&E Corporation does not believe Senate Bill 492 adequately addresses the financing risks created by California’s current wildfire liability framework. As a result, PG&E Corporation believes it falls short of creating the long-term durability needed to attract affordable investment to support a safer, more reliable energy system and help keep costs down for customers.
To access the live audio webcast, please visit the PG&E Corporation Investor Relations website at http://investor.pgecorp.com, under the “News & Events: Events & Presentations” tab. A replay of the conference call will also be archived at that page. Alternatively, a toll-free replay of the conference call may be accessed shortly after the live call through September 9, 2026, by dialing (800) 770-2030. The confirmation code 92587 will be required to access the replay.
