SEGMENT INFORMATION

NOTE 12 — SEGMENT INFORMATION

Segment information is prepared on the same basis that the Company’s chief operating decision maker (“CODM”), the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”), manages the business, makes operational decisions and assesses performance. The Company has two operating and reportable segments: (i) E-commerce, which consists primarily of the acquisition, improvement and operation of the Group’s Brands sold mainly through online marketplaces (including Amazon), and (ii) Logistics, which consists of warehousing and distribution services provided by Pure Logistics. See Note 1(a) for further details.

The CODM assesses performance for these segments and decides how to allocate resources based on segment net loss. The measure of segment assets that is reviewed by the CODM is reported within the consolidated balance sheet as consolidated total assets.
