| Subsequent Events Disclosure | NOTE 9 - SUBSEQUENT EVENT
On July 16, 2026, the Company amended the terms of its unsecured line of credit agreement with Mr. Richard Jeffs, increasing the borrowing limit from $200,000 to $350,000. All other terms of the agreement remained unchanged. Subsequent to May 31, 2026, the Company borrowed an additional $50,000 under this line of credit. In addition, Mr. Jeffs advanced CAD$85,000 to the Company under the existing CAD$100,000 line of credit. |
