Note 15. CONCENTRATIONS, RISKS AND UNCERTAINTIES
For the fiscal years 2026 and 2025, Greystone’s major customers accounted for approximately 53% and 63% of total sales, respectively. Approximately 43% and 53% of the concentration for the year ended May 31, 2026 and 2025, respecitvely, was derived from the lost major customer. The loss of a material amount of business from these customers had a material adverse effect on Greystone. For the fiscal year 2026 and 2025, one of Greystone’s related parties, TriEnda Holdings, L.L.C. (Note 9), accounted for approximately 31% and 12%, respectively of accounts receivable.
Greystone is subject to litigation, claims and other commitments and contingencies arising in the ordinary course of business. Although the asserted value of these matters may be significant, the company currently does not expect that the ultimate resolution of any open matters will have a material adverse effect on its consolidated financial position or results of operations.
