By letter dated August 28, 2026, the Company announces that it has resolved to exercise its option to redeem in full the outstanding Series XLIX Notes due September 2, 2027. 
The proposed redemption will take place on September 4, 2026, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Prospectus Supplement for the Series XLIX Notes. 
The redemption price will be 100% of the outstanding principal amount of the Series XLIX Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest as of the redemption date.
