MATERIAL FACT

Braskem S.A. (B3 Ticker: BRKM3, BRKM5, and BRKM6; NYSE: BAK; LATIBEX: XBRK) (“Braskem” or the “Company”), further to the Material Fact dated August 24, 2026, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that it has filed, on this date, the 2nd Bankruptcy and Judicial Reorganization Court of the Judicial District of the Capital of the State of São Paulo (2ª Vara de Falências e Recuperações Judiciais da Comarca da Capital do Estado de São Paulo), has granted the processing of the extrajudicial reorganization proceeding of the Company and certain of its subsidiaries.

The decision ratified the suspension, for a period of 120 days (already taking into account the deduction of the 60 days granted by the decision that awarded the injunctive relief), of all ongoing enforcement proceedings against the petitioners by creditors subject to the extrajudicial reorganization: (i) the statute of limitations on the obligations of the reorganizing companies; (ii) the lawsuits and enforcement proceedings filed against the reorganizing companies, or any other proceeding related to the covered claims, including bankruptcy petitions; and (iii) the orders of retention, attachment, seizure, sequestration, search and seizure, and judicial or extrajudicial constriction over the assets, pursuant to Paragraph 8 of Article 163 in conjunction with Article 6, both of Law No. 11,101/05.

The Company and certain of its subsidiaries will have a period of 90 days to demonstrate that the quorum required for the confirmation of the extrajudicial reorganization plan has been reached. The full text of the decision will be made available on the Company's investor relations website and on the websites of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (Comissão de Valores Mobiliários – CVM) and B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa e Balcão.
