Commitments and Contingencies CRO Agreements In fiscal years 2025 and 2026, the Company entered into agreements with five contract research organizations (“CROs”) for chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC) development, non-clinical toxicology and related studies to advance IBIO-600 and IBIO-610 towards clinical testing in addition to clinical studies for IBIO-600. The Company incurred costs of approximately $9.7 million and $2.2 million for the fiscal years ended June 30, 2026 and June 30, 2025, respectively, and has incurred total costs of approximately $11.9 million since the projects’ inception. The Company is committed to additional costs totaling approximately $5.8 million as of June 30, 2026. |
