NOTE 12– TAXES PAYABLE

Of the remaining balance as of March 31, 2026, $263,269 was overdue, as notified by the Tax Bureau in a Tax Matters Notice. The overdue amount was attributable to certain value-added tax invoices issued by the Company's upstream suppliers during 2018 and 2019 that were subsequently identified as abnormal deductions in the tax authorities' system.
