AMENDMENT TO

TRANSFER AGENCY SERVICES AGREEMENT

 

Amendment, effective March 10, 2026 to that certain Transfer Agency Services Agreement dated March 27, 2015, as amended (the “Agreement”) by and between HC Capital Trust (the “Client”), a Delaware statutory trust, and FIS Investor Services LLC (“Service Provider”). Capitalized terms used herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.

 

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Agreement, the Service Provider performs certain transfer agency services for the Client; and

 

WHEREAS, the Parties wish to amend Schedule 5 to the Agreement pursuant to this Amendment to account for the removal of certain Series from the portfolio of the Client.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows:

 

1.Amendment to Schedule 5 – List of Funds.

 

Schedule 5 to the Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the Schedule 5 attached to the end of this Amendment.

 

2.The Agreement shall continue in full force and effect as set forth therein for the remainder of its term.
