On August 25, 2026, Rhonda M. Taylor, Executive Vice President and General Counsel, advised Dollar General Corporation (the “Company”) of her intention to retire from the Company. Ms. Taylor is expected to transition from her role as Executive Vice President and General Counsel to a senior advisory role effective December 7, 2026, and to remain in such senior advisory role through at least April 2, 2027. A copy of the Company’s news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.
