The Company is authorized to issue 200,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share. As of March 31, 2026, the Company had 510,004 shares of common stock issued and outstanding. All share amounts presented herein reflect the 1-for-30 reverse stock split effected on July 6, 2026, which did not change the number of authorized shares or the par value per share.

 

Recent Issuance of Common Stock

 

  · In the first quarter of 2026, a preferred stock holder converted 340 shares of preferred stock Series B with $14,241 dividend in exchange of 28,883 shares of common stock.
